The Hwy 78 CID Board unanimously adopted the FY 2004 budget of $1.4 million. The Board also received proposals for general consulting/engineering services from PBS&J, Pond & Company, and URS and anticipates retaining one of those firms by the end of January 2004 to coordinate a number of the CID's 2004 projects including TEA-21 funding, Paxton Lane inter-parcel access, and a corridor landscape plan.
