SNELLVILLE: Hwy 78 CID property owners met in an annual caucus on Wednesday, April 21 to elect two members to the Board of Directors. By acclamation, Ken Shiver was elected to the Post 1 seat and Art Mezzullo was re-elected to the Post 4 seat.

Ken Shiver, a new member of the Board, is the owner of Millennium Cycleworks located at 4395 Hwy 78, Lilburn. Millennium Cycleworks is a Kawasaki and Yamaha dealer.

Art Mezzullo, a returning Board Member, is Vice President of Noro Management. Noro is a commercial property management firm and manages the Stone Mountain Festival Center at Park Place where the Super Wal-Mart revitalization is underway.
