78 CID Chairman accepts $94,000 ARC check

SNELLVILLE: Hwy 78 CID Chairman Dwight Harrison gladly accepted a $94,000 check from Rob LeBeau of the Atlanta Regional Commission at the LCI Corridor Study kick off event recently. Approximately 75 local citizens, business people, and government officials attended the initial meeting that described the LCI process and goals of the study.

The next LCI Corridor meeting is scheduled for July 21. Ken Bleakly, with Bleakly Advisory Group, presents the results of the Market Analysis for the study area. His discussion will include information on the area’s demographics and real estate potential over the next 5 to 10 years.
