Evermore offers premier selection of event venues
Vecoma at the Yellow River and Inviting Events - at your service

Choosing the right venue for an upcoming event, business or pleasure, can be a time consuming and daunting task.  The decision maker, event planner, caterer and venue staff need to be sure that all of the variables align to ensure that an event is successful.   Professionalism, adequate amenities and relevant atmosphere are essential elements when planning an event of any variety.

The Evermore Community offers some viable possibilities for event venues abound with locally owned facilities that are located along Highway 78.  Two particular Evermore venues always top the list of premier possibilities; Vecoma at Yellow River and Inviting Events of Snellville.

With its rich, lush river side forest, Vecoma at Yellow River is the perfect location for a private and tranquil event setting.  Vecoma’s location and unique charm, paired with a capable staff of event planners has earned Vecoma’s place among the top wedding venues in the State of Georgia.  In 2007, a poll conducted by The Knot/Wedding Channel and our local Fox 5 affiliate, voted Vecoma at Yellow River one of the top five wedding venues in Georgia

According to Vecoma owner, Judith Warren, Vecoma at Yellow River brings an average of 200 visitors per week to the Evermore Community.  When possible, Vecoma partners with other Evermore businesses and hotels to better meet the needs of their clients.  Not only is Vecoma a premier amenity for Evermore, they also help drive the local economy by promoting other Evermore businesses through partnerships and mutually beneficial incentives.

When discussing the community improvement plans for Evermore and the transportation projects along the Highway 78 corridor, Judith Warren advises that she “is looking forward to the projects and the changes they will bring. The plans look great”, concludes Warren.  Additional information about Vecoma at Yellow River can be found on their website at www.vecoma1.com.

Another locally owned venue within the Evermore community is Inviting Events.  Located on Highway 78 in Snellville for over eight years, the facility is suited for parties both large and small with two separate banquet rooms that can accommodate up to 275 guests.  Weddings are the most prevalent occasion at Inviting Events, but a respectable number of family reunions, birthday parties, business and church functions are also hosted there.  For events not held at the facility, Inviting Events offers a complete package of catering services as well.

Inviting Events owner, Vicki Mobley, has over 15 years of experience in the industry and is dedicated to making each occasion an original and successful event. Inviting Events entertains approximately 700 events per year that welcomes over 50,000 guests to the Evermore community on an annual basis.  Vicki Mobley indicated that she is very supportive of the plans for Highway 78 and believes that the transformation will provide her with improved business exposure along such a well traveled highway.  Additional information about Inviting Events can be located on their website at www.invitingevents.net.

Whether planning a business expo, business lunch meeting, professional reception, civic event or family affair such as a wedding, anniversary, or family reunion, remember to consider Evermore when selecting a venue.  Between the diversity offered by Vecoma at Yellow River and Inviting Events, one of these top performing venues is destined for event success!
